Beans are roasted and packed in small batches weekly, so what you receive is close to roast date. Each bag has a one-way valve, a blackout liner and a resealable zipper — once opened, they stay at their best for about 3–4 weeks if kept sealed, away from light, heat and moisture. We recommend buying what you'll use within a month for the best cup.

Both. Whole bean is our default, but ground is available on request — just tell us how you brew and we'll grind to match:

• Coarse — French press, cold brew
• Medium — pour-over, drip machines
• Fine — moka pot, espresso

We deliver across Nairobi. Most orders arrive same-day or next-day, depending on your location and what time you place the order — order in the morning for the best chance of same-day delivery.

A delivery fee applies and depends on where you're located in Nairobi. We'll confirm the exact fee with you on WhatsApp once you place your order, before you pay.

Once we confirm your order and the total (product + delivery fee), we'll share M-Pesa payment details directly on WhatsApp.

Because coffee is a food item, goods sold are not refundable once purchased. If something's actually wrong with your order — damaged packaging, wrong item, etc. — message us on WhatsApp straight away and we'll sort it out.
